Michelle’s 50th Birthday Catering
Yum Catering had the honour of catering a party for one of our favourite clients, Michelle, on her 50th birthday last November 23, 2022. The party was held at Michelle’s home and welcomed over 100 of her closest friends and family.
Paul, the event planner, was very particular about how he wanted the catering service to run, and we were more than happy to accommodate his requests! We arranged everything from the food to the dinnerware and even the premium glassware in the bar area. We ensured that this would be a night to remember for Michelle and her guests.

The party started at 5:30 p.m. with cocktails and included our signature canapes, tuna sashimi, tostadas, mini wagyu beef burgers and bao buns. Our experienced team of onsite service staff served the guests and ensured they had an excellent time.

Michelle also wanted some theatrics to create a stronger relationship between her guests and food, so we sent our Paella chef on-site with his super-sized paella pans and can-do attitude.
After having some appetisers and drinks, the guests went straight to dinner! A combination of different paella dishes as the main, and the supporting act was our amazing canapés throughout the event, all prepared by our expert chefs.
